The Center for Urban Planning and Policy (CUPP) undertakes works related to research and advisory to help improve the processes and regulatory frameworks for urban land development. The Center further translates this research into relevant and applicable policy prescriptions towards addressing challenges related to fast paced urbanization. CUPP engages with various government and non-government organizations to provide advisory and research in the field of urban planning, urban policies, sustainable development, affordable housing etc. At CUPP, our aim is to advance practice-oriented research in statutory and spatial planning, land policy, and capacity building that supports economic development and sustainable and equitable urbanization.
