Our ‘new reality’ is that the Covid-19 pandemic, which affected every person on earth, has been an alarming wake-up call which showcased our general lack of preparedness with the alarming shortage of PPE while also demonstrating the effectiveness which simple ‘mask-wearing’ can have on individual protection and safety. In fact, continued mask-wearing and decontamination will be the expected protocol in healthcare environments, and will be the ‘new normal’ for every day consumer use. And simple, easy and convenient mask decontamination will be a requirement. The CelerPurus device is a small and easy-to-use mask decontamination chamber designed for convenient point-of-care accessibility for healthcare professionals within hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, dentist offices, urgent care medical clinics, medical labs, etc. In addition, the device is designed for general consumer use within schools, universities, businesses, airport lounges, malls, government agencies, etc.
