A family legacy turned into a 150-year-old startup, Celaya Tequila honors Jose Celaya, the great-grandfather of owners Ryan and Matt Kalil who crafted the family's first tequila on his modest Sonora Ranch in the late 1800s. Now a small batch, premium tequila, Celaya is produced as a blend of 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in both cool climate of the Highlands and the warmer lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
