C C Chay & Associates Pte Ltd was established in January 1998 to provide survey services of quality and standard acceptable to Ship Owners, Marine Underwriters, P&I Clubs, Solicitors and like-minded individuals and organisations. Our Surveyors are professionally qualified as either Marine Engineers or Naval Architects, and have the necessary technical experience and exposure to confidently respond to survey instructions on behalf of, or to comply with warranty imposed by Underwriters or P&I Clubs in a timely manner. We have Associates in the Region to call on for assistance should there be such a need, especially when knowledge of local customs and cultures may be an advantage.
