I’m a hiring & team building coach. I help start & grow virtual teams, build out systems & SOPs, and connect solopreneurs with their soulmate team members. My goal is to help my clients build a loyal team that they're OBSESSED with and that never wants to leave them so they can continue to grow & scale their business WITHOUT the constant hustle. My clients are high-achieving female entrepreneurs who are either making 6 figures or on their way to that milestone. They've built their business to be extremely successful on their own, but now they're burnt out, tired, and capped at a certain level because they need a TEAM. I have an online course that supports clients through finding, hiring, and training their first team member, and I also work 1:1 with a select few clients to support their hiring and team building efforts.
