Founded in 1947, Cattaneo Bros jerky and sausages are staples of California's central coast. As a family owned and operated company, Cattaneo Bros. is rooted in tradition. Despite the ever changing trends in the food industry, Cattaneo Bros. has stuck to its family recipes and methods, always using premium cuts of beef (top rounds specifically) to be sliced, marinated and hung to dry in authentic smokehouse ovens. Aside from one flavor (teriyaki), Cattaneo Bros. beef jerky is, and always will be, sugar and gluten free. By sticking to quality standards that have stood the test of time, Cattaneo Bros. beef jerky has fueled elite athletes like those of the San Francisco Giants, the Utah Jazz and the UCLA & ASU football teams.
