At the Catalyst Mentorship Program our objective is to transform today’s Physiotherapy clinicians into tomorrow’s professional leaders. We believe that this transformation happens in an environment of psychological safety, collaborative culture and hands-on experiential learning using growth-centric professional content that challenges everyone to think outside their current capabilities. Ultimately, our aim is to create professionals who feel empowered while serving our patient populations and bringing care that is not only clinically centered but is fine-tuned to the highest possible standards of ethics, time management and leadership potential via entrepreneurial mindset. We, at Catalyst Mentorship Program achieve this by providing a cohort-based, e-classroom set-up where attendees are exposed to in-depth curriculum for 6 weeks. We deliver this curriculum through interactive learning experiences where participants can take a deeper dive into hands-on learning and ultimately leverage this towards their professional practice. By doing so with our last 2 cohorts we can confidently conclude that this is a core-transformative program which enables to change the mindset of clinical Physiotherapy professionals and enables them to consider diverse, non-clinical topics with higher precision thus building their confidence to perform and give their very best to the real world.
