Overview
Founded in 1973 by a former employee of Monterey’s Little Mexico, Casa Olé took the traditional commissary-style Mexican restaurant and gave the concept a fresh twist. With daily preparation at each location, the chain quickly expanded to 34 locations throughout Texas and Louisiana, enjoying both a loyal following and some of the industry’s longest-tenured management. Casa Olé specializes in Tex-Mex dishes like enchiladas, fajitas, chimichangas and burritos and serves up customer favorites like Casa Olé’s famous green sauce and queso. Casa Olé is part of Williston Holding Company (WHC), formerly Mexican Restaurants, Inc. WHC’s brands include Casa Olé, Monterey’s Little Mexico, Überrito Fresh Mex, Tortuga Mexican Kitchen, Crazy Jose’s, Williston Brewing Company, Doc Holliday’s Roadhouse, Gramma Sharon’s and J Dub’s Bar & Grill. Our newest concepts, Cargo Food Authority and Bus Stop Burgers & Brewhouse, opened in Minneapolis in 2018. Williston Holding Company’s diverse restaurant brands offer fresh, authentic food at an affordable price in individually unique environments. The passion and dedication we bring to our restaurants have inspired a fierce customer loyalty.
