Carroll County Workforce Development is an office of the Carroll County Department of Economic Development functioning to administer the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act in Carroll County, and providing employment services, training and workforce development. The mission of Carroll County Workforce Development is to develop a highly effective workforce for new and existing businesses and assist job seekers in achieving, advancing and retaining employment through life-long learning.
