Carolina Estate Planning offers three convenient options to address client’s estate planning needs: 1. Online 2. Office 3. Home The online option lets you start and complete the process on your terms. Purchase the estate planning package of your choice off the website, fill out the questionnaire, and schedule an in person or online consultation with an attorney. Once your documents are completed, they are mailed to you along with detailed instructions on how to finalize the documents and utilize them when they are needed. Traditional office visits are available at our downtown Winston-Salem office, located in the old Wachovia building at 301 N. Main Street, Suite 2400. Office appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9 to 5pm. Free handicap accessible parking is provided. We offer all of the same estate planning services as online in our office along with estate administration and small business legal services. Home visits are available for clients located in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Clemmons, Lewisville and Kernersville at no additional charge. Of course, you can mix and match any of these options to fit your needs. For instance, you can purchase legal services online, have your consult in our office and have your documents witnessed and notarized at your home.
