The Organisation: Career Education Research & Training Council (certc.edu.in) is an apex organisation set up under section 8 of MCA, Government of India for making policies at national level to meet the urgent requirements of career education and guidance in schools, bridge the gap between degrees and career competencies and cultivate a culture of "career by choice, not by chance." The Opportunity: This is a highly respectable socio-educational entrepreneurship opportunity. If you want to transfer your knowledge and experience to guide young people or provide online training then associating with the Council will be the most satisfying and rewarding experience for you. You can also be a member of the National Executive Body of the Council or Director of Divisional/ Regional Chapters. To start with there is very nominal or NO Investment. Income prospects: If you can provide training to 10 persons in a month then your income will be Rs 90,000 per month. Your expected income will be above Rs 1 lakh per month depending on work done and team resourcefulness, as explained in the business proposal. Work description: You can work on full/part-time basis from your place or in schools/colleges and provide guidance either online or face-to-face. Your main activities will be: 1. to give online training to career professionals; 2. to plan students/adults career using tools & technology provided by the Council; 3. to provide career education and guidance services in schools/colleges/universities; 4. to prepare study contents for academic/competitive/professional exam or employability skills as per your knowledge. Training: To give training or career planning, you have to first get online training of 15 modules which is self-paced and can be completed within 15 days to 15 weeks.
