Care Quest is a unique Website enabling anyone associated in the care sector to find and match the most suitable care options. Care Quest are working in collaboration with the NHS at devising a system to manage an increasing aging population. Recent reports indicate that 2/3 of hospital beds are currently being occupied by the over 65 population. It is the vision of the directors that Care Quest will reform the way people decide and choose care services. Not only will it positively affect the hospital discharge process, it will also act as a marketing tool to assist Home Managers to fulfil occupancy levels which is a constant struggle when running busy homes. Owners and proprietors as an added benefit will be able to process and monitor the effectiveness of their frontline staff and consider their own marketing strategies by accessing reports and statistics to reflect how many “Potential Patients” are being filtered towards their own care establishments/businesses. On the flip side they will also have the option at seeing the areas of care that they are missing potential patients, which they are then able to assess and reflect their own services.
