Carbon6 was founded in 2019 as a social ideation program by collaborators that believe in the importance of community involvement and individual responsibility as sustainable factors. We aim to explore the future of development practices by introducing the concept of Social Innovation and Circular Economy in our communities. Carbon6 got credited and approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Youth in 2020. We create, find, support, and develop social innovation opportunities through which we help transition ideas into practical solutions, prototypes and working models. We introduce socially essential topics that assist innovators in creating tangible and quantifiable impacts, relevant to the socio-economic context of Oman Vision 2040. Vision: Exploring the future of development practices by introducing the concept of Social Innovation and Circular Economy. Mission: To create, find, support, and develop social innovation opportunities by introducing socio-economic topics that assist innovators in creating tangible and quantifiable impacts. Previous experience: We have planned and executed multiple workshops and programs for youth development, social innovation, sustainability & circular economy.
