Capital Investors, Capital Investors Management & CI Holdings, is a real estate investment firm, partnering with sponsors and operators operating a portfolio of mixed classes of properties. Our portfolio spans multiple classes—class "B" and class "C", of properties in the multi-family space. Because our assets are diversified by class types, our portfolio’s exposure to movements in real estate and other economic markets is reduced and minimizes volatility. Our investment approach is to partner with local sponsors/operators and acquire high quality assets on a value basis, then drive investment performance through active operational and thoughtful improvements. Our investment expertise and sponsors significant presence in the local market, enables us to identify and acquire high quality assets at favorable valuations. With our sponsors experienced management team and intense focus on asset management, we drive out performance in all of the assets we own.
