Overview

Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT) also known in Albanian as “Instituti Kanadez i Teknologjisë” (“IKT”) is a leading research and educational institution. CIT’s teaching programs are conducted entirely in English and on par with the North American and European standards of higher education. Our qualified domestic and international academic staff possess previous teaching experience in a number of universities abroad as well as real-world experience in the development and implementation of business and technology. CIT offers both Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programs taught based on the Bologna System (3+2) years. It is organized into two faculties: • Economy Faculty - Bachelor Programs: Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Business Administration and IT - Master Programs: Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Finance, and Accounting with Accounting and Auditing Profile. • Engineering Faculty - Bachelor Programs: Software Engineering, Computer Engineering and IT, Telecommunication Engineering, Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering. - Master Programs: Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and IT with a profile in Network and Cyber Security, Multimedia-Design, Computer Engineering, and Big Data. CIT is dedicated to developing students with practical skills and a mindset that leads to critical and analytical thinking oriented towards problem-solving, and a set of values and ethics, to support creativity, innovation, and leadership that shape their lives, careers, and society at large. Through the implementation of well-prepared curricula, teaching and research activities, and newly developed programs, seeks to promote a healthy spirit of competition and improvement within the Albanian education system.
