Since 1993, Camco Pacific Construction Company, Inc. has successfully completed a wide variety of general contracting projects totaling $1 billion dollars in contract value. Projects have been constructed for a diverse network of clients requiring services throughout the western United States. Camco has become highly responsive to client construction needs. The company’s depth of general construction experience and its creative, problem-solving approach to client service opportunities has enabled the firm to successfully construct a broad range of building project types. Camco has delivered free-standing retail buildings and retail shopping centers, single and multi-story commercial office buildings, industrial parks, warehouse, distribution and storage facilities. We have also constructed multi-unit residential and senior housing projects, hospitality (hotel, motel, lodge, and casino projects, and a unique collection of restaurants, museum, health care, government, institutional, religious, and automotive buildings. With most construction projects generally categorized as either exterior; site, shell and structure projects, or interior, tenant improvement/user build-out projects, Camco enjoys the advantage of experience in both categories of work, including seismic renovations and property rehabilitation/ market re-positioning projects.
