Cambridge Literary Festival is the leading literary festival in the East of England, hosting two festivals each year (Spring Festival in April and Winter Festival weekend in November) and one-off events throughout the year with over 200 authors to more than 15,000 audience members. In July 2017, Cambridge Literary Festival launched Wimpole History Festival in partnership with the National Trust - a three-day outdoor festival with authors such as Lucy Worsley, Andrew Marr and David Olusoga plus living history, re-enactment, falconry, sword school and pop-up food and craft stalls.
