"Cambodia Development Center" (CD-Center) is a non-profit, non-governmental institution. The CD-Center purports to make contributions to the sustainable progress of the Kingdom of Cambodia's human resource capacity building and national policy development in the context of deepening globalization and regionalism as well as an increasingly volatile and complicated international political development. The CD-Center does its utmost to create, develop, and disseminate ideas, policies and strategies on national development and to nourish human resources by focusing on three activities: 1. Research and training; 2. Publication and dissemination and; 3. Policy outreach.
