California Wine Institute UK represents 1,000+ wineries and affiliates, connecting Californian wine regions to the UK and Ireland wine trade. Our mission is to bridge the gap between California Wines and the UK and Ireland wine industries through public relations, communication, events and sales support. Our remit involves but is not limited to: • Organising promotional partnerships with importers, distributors, retailers and HORECA. • Educating wine consumers and generating excitement about Californian wines • Creating strong UK/Ireland media relationships to spread the word about Californian wines Damien Jackman and Justine McGovern are joint Trade Directors of the California Wine Institute UK.
