We do this as an alternative asset manager, providing private real estate investments and funds for accredited investors, investment advisors, broker-dealers, family offices, and institutional investors. Caliber operates an integrated group of businesses that enable it to create new investment funds and capitalize those opportunities through in-house fundraising. Caliber further has an in-house investment platform that enables it to discover potentially attractive and undervalued real estate, acquire it, develop it, construct it, and manage it for a profit.
