Overview

Concrete Canoe challenges students to participate in a competition to plan, design, fabricate, construct, and race a life-size concrete canoe in accordance to the RFP. The project incorporates technical knowledge with hands-on experience, remaining consistent with Cal Poly Pomona's "Learn by Doing" philosophy. The team competes at the Pacific Southwest Conference and the National Concrete Canoe Competition hosted by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
