(English description follows) Depuis 40 ans, CAH est le seul organisme entièrement consacré au bien-être des aînés francophones dans le Grand Toronto. Au fil des ans, CAH a travaillé avec ses partenaires en soins communautaires pour développer des services répondant aux besoins des aînés. L’offre de CAH continuera d’évoluer dans les années à venir pour refléter les besoins grandissants de notre communauté vieillissante. NOTRE MISSION Fournir aux aînés et leurs aidants des services et des programmes en français qui favorisent leur qualité de vie, soutiennent leur indépendance et les encouragent à participer à la vie de la communauté francophone. NOTRE VISION Des aînés engagés qui ont accès à des services qui évoluent avec eux pour une vie saine et une communauté plus forte. Throughout this time, CAH has worked with community care partners to provide support services for seniors. The programs and services that CAH offers will continue to evolve in the coming years to reflect the growing needs of our aging community. OUR MISSION To provide services and programs in French for seniors and their caregivers promoting their quality of life, supporting their independence and encouraging them to participate in the life of the Francophone community.
