BYGAARD is an organic urban farm in Copenhagen. We produce greens and mushrooms that we sell directly to local consumers and the city's best restaurants. We are a young team that strives to strengthen the relation between the food people eat and the place from which it comes. We do this by bringing the production closer to the final consumer, and by producing organic produce of the highest quality.
