We are advising about How To Make Money Buying And Selling Businesses for a living. I bought and sold 16 companies and made a living out of it, I am regularly asked how I do it. This led me to do a Mentoring Program for Successful Entrepreneurs– a unique experiential training program where I teach people how to find, buy and sell businesses worldwide. Many of the members go on to buy their first business in a matter of weeks after attending the Program thanks to the confidence and practical advises it gives them. There are techniques I teach for how to overcome owner resistance when approaching potential deals. Again, having strategic conversations that put you in a different bracket in people’s minds is the key. How to Structure the deal: My advice and experience helps people to acquire businesses without investing money. Sounds a bit crazy, but it’s totally doable under the right circumstances. Understanding the sellers’ motivations to find out what is more valuable to them than money, is far more important than asking them the price. In one example that I share, I use this principle to secure a controlling stake of a 14 million dollar company without using any capital at all.
