Newham Colleges engages with employers and stakeholders to support both the employability of our students and the upskilling or reskilling of existing workforces locally, regionally, and nationally. We work in partnership with all employers across different geographical locations and within our key sectors (Digital, Construction & Engineering, Health & Life Sciences and Professional Services). Newham College has created a dedicated directorate, Business Skills Solutions, to focus primarily on meeting the skills needs of business. We do this in four key ways: 1- Delivering specialist apprenticeship training from Level 2 to Level 5. 2- Delivering Sector Based Work Academies (SWAPs) and bespoke training solutions to meet specific employer needs. 3- Delivering industry-recognised vendor qualifications to enhance employees’ individual skillsets and business productivity. 4- Co-designing new curriculum pathways with employers where there are gaps in the qualification landscape to meet specific industry needs Contact our Business Development Department to discuss how we can support your training and recruitment strategy.
