Kassel; with almost 210,000 inhabitants is the third largest metropolis in Hesse with over 60% green space, the city in the center of Germany and in the heart of Europe continues to boom. Kassel no longer needs to hide, because so much is happening, including in the real estate sector. In addition to the university with over 25,000 students, an extensive industry with big names and a flourishing economy, the city on the Fulda River has also made a name for itself with numerous service companies and start-ups. Kassel has always been an administrative stronghold and that is still the case today. Colorful, creative, controversial and political - with an international reputation, it is impossible to imagine Kassel without the title "documenta city". The world art exhibition documenta, once founded by Arnold Bode, will again find great favor with international audiences in 2022. With -build my kassel-, we also want to show Kassel as a city that is building, renovating and investing. Several large and medium-sized construction projects are planned for the coming years, which can definitely compete with similarly large metropolises. First of all, this non-profit company is there to make the visibility of Kassel's real estate projects better known and also to stimulate ideas for new projects in Kassel.
