Budușan & Asociații is a Romanian independent full-service law firm based in Cluj-Napoca, with relevant activity in the whole country. The firm was founded by Luiza Budușan, and currently consists of 20 qualified lawyers, who cover different but related areas of practice. Our clients are Romanian, European, and non-EU corporations and LLC's, working in various business sectors, such as Construction and Infrastructure, Automotive Aftermarket, Agriculture, Food & Beverage Distribution, Retail, and Real Estate. We also serve private individuals and NGOs.
