Buddha Belly Kids Yoga is a mobile yoga company founded by educators and dedicated to nurturing kids' innate desire for movement and play. During this pandemic, we offer livestream classes and on-demand content. We have classes from toddlers to teenagers, as well as family yoga and parent workshops. We believe in a child development approach to yoga. What's most important is that we are teaching your children how to move, breathe, pause, and listen to their own bodies.
