Brookside Capital is a family office and private equity investment company based in Toronto and dedicated to working diligently alongside outstanding management teams to build small and mid-market companies with sustainable competitive advantages and strong growth prospects into market leaders in their respective industry niches. We provide these companies with long-term capital of up to $25 million initially, with the potential for additional capital over time, to fund business expansions or changes in ownership.
