The Bank is a federally chartered savings bank headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. The Bank was originally founded in 1887. We conduct our business from our main office and four branch offices. Our principal business activity is the origination of mortgage loans secured by one- to four-family residential real estate, multi-family real estate, commercial real estate, construction loans, land loans and, to a limited extent, a variety of consumer loans and home equity loans. The Bank offers a variety of deposit accounts, including checking, savings and certificates of deposit, and it emphasizes personal and efficient service for its customers.
