The Brindavan schools operate under the aegis of the Bhaktavatsalam Educational Trust, set up in 1958 by freedom fighter and former Union Minister O V Alagesan. The schools in Coonoor (established 1968), Athur (1975) and Kodaikanal (1983) were established with the goal of bringing quality education to tier 2 towns. The schools currently nurture 2500+ children; graduating exemplary human beings with a high sense of integrity and the confidence to stand for what they believe in.
