Brickell Capital is a direct lender and not a loan broker. We originate, underwrite and close with our own funds and service all our private loans. Brickell Capital offer's mortgage loans to self-employed US Borrowers and Foreign Nationals who are unable to obtain a traditional bank loan. We rely primarily on the value of the property and borrower's credit history as opposed to traditional banks, which look for a borrower’s documented income, personal tax returns or property’s cash flow history. Brickell Capital offers loan products for self-employed borrowers, bank statement loans, stated residential loans, private hard-equity bridge loans, and business purpose loans. Brickell Capital offers commercial loans to self-employed US Borrowers and Foreign Nationals. We offer Investors, Builders and Developers: Acquisition Loans, Cash-Out Refinance Loans, Land Development Loans, Project Development Loans, New Construction Loans, Mini-Perm Loans and Take-Out Loans (construction to perm). Our Servicing Advances are designed to provide our Private Investors with a limited, restricted, and structured cash flow. Our Servicing Advances include: Monthly Advances, Delinquency Advances, Principal + Interest Advances, Taxes + Insurance Advances, Corporate Servicing Advances and Foreclosure/REO Advances.
