Mr. Brewster is an architectural historian and preservation planner with nearly 25 years of professional consulting experience. He holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Historic Preservation from the University of Washington. Brad has surveyed and evaluated hundreds of historic resources throughout the country for listing on national, state and local levels, primarily in support of CEQA and NEPA. He has completed numerous historic evaluations required under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Brad has also documented many historic buildings in accordance with HABS/HAER standards.
