Breakaway Hockey & Fitness is the only exclusive off-ice training facility in Nashville as well as the state of Tennessee. We are a 10,000sf gym equipped with turf, gym equipment, training tools, five synthetic ice shooting lanes, a group fitness room and we have Tennessee’s only off-ice training facility and the first skating treadmill. We offer a wide range of programming for all ages and we are equipped to serve the adaptive hockey community as well. We are the only adaptive gym in Nashville. Our goal at Breakaway is to help teams and individuals achieve their goals both on and off the ice.
