Overview

Mission Our mission is to take exclusive, original and relevant content, with quality, to the dev/web community. It's with events, articles, news and videos that we aim to unite the community and market, keeping diversity as one of our main pillars in all initiatives of ours. History BrazilJS Conf was born as a JavaScript Conference, but today it's way more than that. This is an event that started from within the JavaScript/Front-end/Web communities in Brazil, with whom it grew up and matured. Over the years, BrazilJS Conf has lived some transitions, what is natural, but today we can say it is the biggest Nasc's realization. Nas is the company founded by Jaydson N. Gomes e Felipe N. Moura. The idea, since the beginning, was to work together with the community, bringing original content with high quality to people working with technology. In 2012, BrazilJS Conf had an audience of more than 900 people, bringing Brendan Eich, creator of JavaScript, for the first time to the country. In 2013 and 2014, it repeated its success. With important names among the speakers, like Douglas Crockford, Yehuda Katz, Guillermo Rauch and Mr. Doob. The 2015 edition was special: JavaScript was 20 years old. This time, more than 1300 people attended the conference each day. The conference had an audience of 1600 people in 2016, also counting with an excelente structure for people all over the globe to watch online. During 2017 and 2018, BrazilJS Conf had 2 thousand attendees each day, showing why it's such an important event on web technologies in the Brazil and the World. As for 2019, it will be even more special with some surprises and innovations, most of which, asked or suggested by the community itself. 2021 marks our 10th edition and believe us, we are already working on it to ensure it will be the most relevant and remarkable edition ever!
