Timothy's - Le Brasseur du Pape offers a selection of beers brewed according to historic European recipes combined with dynamic recipes from the American craft beer scene. In Eguisheim (Alsace - France), the birthplace of Pope Saint Leo IX, Timothy is renovating an old 16th century winery. His goal is to offer a new history by giving life to the old estate and to quality craft beer. Timothy and his wife Hélène invite you to come and taste their craft beer experience, their little "renaissance"!
