Our outside regulatory counsel works closely with the firm to ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA and other federal regulations. As a tier one vendor for many national service providers and lenders our firm has adopted and implemented a compliance management system designed to protect the privacy and personal information of the consumers in each transaction. The firm has demonstrated this commitment to security by successfully completing SOC2 AT 101 TYPE II Attestations with an independent CPA Firm for a consecutive three year period.
