Boyuantuozhi specializes in designing pro bono projects and management consultations, developing community-based voluntary service projects, conducting trainings for staff and volunteers in public sector. With 11 full-time staff and a team of experts, Boyuantuozhi also provides thematic training on child rights and participation, NGO management, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic planning skills.
