A trust set up by the government of Botswana, in conjucttion with the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and the Norwegian government in 1995, to conduct public policy research, analysis, and capacity building activities. BIDPA is currently supported by the government of Botswana, ACBF, and own revenues.
