BFCU was founded in 1948 in order to provide Boston Firefighters with top quality financial resources. Close to 75 years later, our mission has not changed much other than expanding our membership eligibly to include police officers and municipal EMTs across the whole state of Massachusetts. First responders are a vital pillar to any community and we strive to build a strong financial future for all of our members because of the tireless lives of service they dedicate themselves to.
