Overview

Our Mission is to turn INNOVATIVE science into more accurate and affordable therapies for patients worldwide through In VITRO 3D solutions, envisioning the creation of technologies that accelerate drug development, enhancing new therapies' efficacy to bring new HOPES to humankind, preferably reducing costs and reducing or even avoiding the need for animal models use. Our 3D human models are self-assembled and Matrigel-free, setting us apart from our competitors. Our 3D human models are morpho-functionally validated compared to classic 2D models widespread in drug discovery and development. In addition, we provide consulting in 3D technologies and confocal and high throughput microscope imaging focused on morphological and functional characterization of 3D models. OUR PORTFOLIO FOR ADIPOSE TISSUE INCLUDES: - Models derived from human adult cells. Stromal vascular fraction, SFV of both subcutaneous and visceral fat depots, the latter an exclusive product that sets us apart in the market. - Bonds Bio 3D human Adipose Tissue organoids in the most advanced platform to access mitochondrial respiration (OCR) and glycolysis (ECAR) (3D Seahorse plates - Seahorse, Agilent) ready to treat and read. - 2D-to-3D transition kits containing 96-well plates with 3D progenitor organoids and 96-well plates with 2D progenitor cells in a monolayer to run Bonds Bio Adipose Tissue differentiation protocol in parallel (Subcutaneous or Visceral). This transition kit is for you who need an extra layer of confidence before a complete transition to Bonds Bio 3D human mature organoids. We provide our organoids in 96- and 384-well plates, with individual organoids per well, an outstanding source of unique feature samples for your testing, allowing for mid-to-large scale analysis and compatible with the most common high-throughput systems available in the market.
