Certified Confidential Advisor With a strong relationship to the work I do on diversity and inclusion, I also work as an internal and external confidential advisor. Listening to victims is a primary element when they seek contact. Often at a moment that their trust in others is fragile for them. I guide them through the rough path to healing and, if they so choose, the reporting process. Employee participation - works councils Having worked within the Works Council for 10 years, as chair for (central) works councils, I advise and coach Works Councils on boardroom dynamics and how to put these to use in complex strategic issues.
