Blue Dot Recruitment was established in 2012 with a mission to provide quality IT solutions and Talent Sourcing services to our clients. Our journey started as a Talent Sourcing provider and today we are an established IT Talent Sourcing company in South Africa. We have expanded our service offering to include a comprehensive Cloud Practice. We specialise in providing Cloud Solutions to Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Our Cloud Practice covers both AWS and Azure platforms. Our team is based out of two locations; Johannesburg in South Africa and New Delhi in India. We are able to provide both onsite and offshore IT capability to our clients. We can construct or source IT team that matches customer’s skills requirements and budget. Our Talent Sourcing service provides skills on almost all the IT technologies. Blue Dot Recruitment has an experienced and delivery focused team that is able to provide precise solutions to the clients. Our team is able to quickly understand and adapt to the work culture of the client to allow for a better collaboration with client’s team.
