Black Ink Projects is a creative ideas and R+D studio with a highly proficient fabrication offering. Co-founded during lockdown by Haden and Matt, two industry veterans who have long wanted to work in a more intimate and sustainable way, the focus is on making things better with much less. Our single biggest drive is that nothing is impossible and luxury doesn't have to be wasteful. In fact, not only do we think that change is timeless & good design should just make sense, but also that it should be respected with thought provoking production. Without question we feel design + production should feel elegant, humorous, intelligent & conversational. As two fathers with young families, both from humble backgrounds, we respect the value of hard work and understand the value of money. Instead of the waste we see everywhere in design—from materials to excessive client billing—Black Ink Projects offers peerless quality, reliable delivery and responsive client support through every step of the process. Whether that requires first principles thinking, unexpected sourcing, late night Whatsapps, or donning our boilersuits to help pack and deliver to insanely tight deadlines, when you work with us, the Black Ink Projects family become part of your team.
