BlackCrest Capital LLC (“BlackCrest”) was formed to identify and make control equity investments in small market companies with fundamentally sound business models in the upstream oil and gas, manufacturing and other select industries. Transaction targets include healthy companies that avail themselves to traditional leveraged buyouts and companies underperforming or in distress that require turn-around engineering. BlackCrest also acts as an Angel Investor to prospective high growth, early life cycle businesses. BlackCrest has an additional mandate to provide management consulting services to companies in the upstream oil and gas and manufacturing industries. BlackCrest is headquartered in Houston, TX, USA.
