Black & White Construction is a SME building contractor, whose staff are extensively experienced in residential, retail, commercial, industrial, student accommodation, custodial and office space construction projects. Following inception in 2016 we have now entered a new phase of growth with an ambitious drive into three distinct construction markets, being Exemplar Construction, Main Contracting and Specialist Render Services. When combined offer a fully comprehensive, multidisciplinary service, drawing upon over 50 combined years of experience. B&W’s approach is to fully engage our outstanding pre-selected supply chain partners in all works we deliver, resulting in an outstanding contribution during the preconstruction, delivery and after care phases of a building project. Drawing upon our experience we offer input throughout all three phases of the building cycle to ensure our clients can rest assured that this small, but crucial project phase in the lifecycle of their building is delivered flawlessly creating a legacy our clients can be proud of.
