Nel cuore delle Madonie, nel grazioso borgo medievale di Castelbuono, quando ancora non erano diffusi i moderni panifici, la laboriosa Zia Epifania sfornava giornalmente dalla sua cucina, gustosi biscotti e prelibati prodotti della tradizione siciliana capaci di conquistare anche i palati più esigenti: dalle massaie più propense al “preparar tutto in casa” ai golosi bambini fortemente legati al sapore autentico del “biscotto della nonna”. Nel 1970, con il fondamentale supporto e la preziosa esperienza dell’amata Zia, mastro Paolo Forti inizia a produrre biscotti, avendo sempre cura discegliere con la stessa meticolosità gli ingredienti più genuini e di controllare accuratamente tutte le fasi di realizzazione del prodotto per “dar vita”, giorno dopo giorno, a quei prodotti dal gusto e dalla fragranza inimitabile che, come da tradizione, sono più che artigianali… come fatti in casa!
