Birosign provides a signature verification service for businesses that require higher security. Our technology analyzes a digital copy of the dynamic signature. The signatures are captured using an iPad and an Apple Pencil or Adonit Security Stylus. This handwritten gesture is unique to the signer, cannot be stolen, forged, or forgotten. We sign contracts, transactions, medical documents, online exams to verify our identity. Hundreds of millions of signatures on these digital documents are checked manually. Forged signatures and verifications cost billions of dollars for banks, hospitals, universities and other firms every year. The visual difference between a legit and a forged signature can be immaterial to the eye. Birosign’s proprietary algorithm not only analyzes the visual imprint but also the dynamic character traits of the signature, such as velocity, pressure and others. This technology is optimized for various signature styles and can adapt to the signatures changing over time. Traditional digital document signing applications focus on document management. Birosign adds an additional layer of security by actually validating the legitimacy of the signatures.
