Bird Dog Analytics seeks to help our clients make better decisions faster, and deliver unique value. Our goal is to tackle a missing link in real estate analytics by creating a streamlined approach for the industry; similar to how many firms track the stock market. We acquire and aggregate data, create algorithms that use machine learning and statistics to visualize key metrics through our platform. We understand the struggle of gathering and compiling multiple sources to find what you need, so we created a "terminal-like" experience for our users. We are a startup based in the Greater New York City Area working with professors from NYU, Columbia University, and Baruch College. Bird Dog Analytics was founded in 2018.
