Overview

If there are two things Dutch people love, it's biking... and pancakes. To bring these two awesome bits of Dutch culture to people outside Holland, we created The Bikery. The Bikery is a special bike from which we serve Dutch mini pancakes, better known as "poffertjes" in Holland. The pancakes are prepared fresh on the bike, so we can guarantee they will melt on your tongue when you try them. Our bike is fully mobile and super sustainable! We consider the environment in everything we do and we hope to inspire others to do the same. So... feeling hungry yet?
